BITUBO Fork Cartridge Kit + MOTOREX Fork Oil Suzuki GSX-R1000

The new Bitubo pressurized cartridge contains a sequence of innovative systems, such as: FPS (Full Pressure System), EC (Easy Changer) and LC (Light Components). These systems are the result of an extensive R&D to higher lightness, performance and handiness.

Kit composition:

• 2 Bitubo fork cartridges
• 1L Motorex Racing Fork Oil

Technical features

• Hydraulic piston with FPS® system (Patent Pending) Ø27mm, in Ergal material
• Ø10mm pumping rods with surface coating against friction
• Mechanical end-stroke with polyurethane bump stop
• CrSi steel springs, with heat treatment, stabilising procedure and final shot-basting with steel balls
• Upper cap of the fork with integrated hydraulic spring preload (12mm / 6 turns)
• Independent damping adjustment in compression and rebound (24 positions)
• Coaxial compensation chamber (Patent Pending)
• Ergal cartridge body with internal surface coating against friction
